Slaked lime, minimum age 4 to 6 years. Our pit lime consists of evenly fine grains (particle size approx. 1 - 5 µ), and the paste has a creamy / buttery consistency. The lime paste contains 32.3 % water.This wood-burned marble pit lime is of high quality due to the almost chemical purity. The pit lime may be recommended for high-quality plaster work and for fresco and wall painting.
